Luka Biernacki is the Founder of UNUECO Communications and The Geneva Connection Podcast. Through UNUECO he helps organisations, businesses, and investors embed sustainability into how they think, operate, and invest. With brands, he works to integrate purpose into visual identity, clear strategy, and compelling content. By blending behavioural science, storytelling, and strategic design, he develops communications that help break boundaries and shift mindsets.

Luka partners with brands, nonprofits, and sustainability initiatives to position green innovations, design impact-focused strategies, and build stakeholder engagement that advances regenerative solutions for the planet. Educated in business, political economy, and psychology, Luka brings a systems perspective to sustainability communications — connecting markets, policy, and human behaviour.
Gianluca Allaria
Co-Producer & Technical Lead
Gianluca Allaria is an independent producer, communication expert, and content creator with a strong focus on the production and management of high-profile events. His experience spans from the grand stages of the Eurovision Song Contest to the vibrant atmosphere of Tomorrowland’s One World Radio in Switzerland, and the impactful Global Citizen Festival in Hamburg. He has also orchestrated exclusive sessions such as the BBC Maida Vale Session with Coldplay and the Women In Music Days.

For The Geneva Connection, Gianluca oversees the technical side of the production process, ensuring a seamless listening experience from recording to final edit.
